Measured terrain Record typical and maximum gradients, cross-slope direction, edges, ruts and safe recovery routes.
Ground traction Wet grass, loose soil, stones and hidden holes can change directional control.
Projectile zone Remove debris where possible and separate people, animals, roads, vehicles and buildings.
Remote system Confirm practical range, signal-loss behavior, emergency stop and controller battery management.
Recovery plan Plan safe access and equipment for a stalled or immobilized machine without entering an uncontrolled hazard.
