Support Linked to the Machine and Its Configuration

Parts and service requests are handled using the MERI model, original production reference, serial information and confirmed order configuration. This reduces errors when equipment has different engines, hydraulic systems or optional components.
Before Delivery
- Manuals and available documentation
- Recommended spare parts discussion
- Maintenance point overview
- Accessories and attachments confirmation
After Delivery
- Parts identification
- Troubleshooting information
- Warranty coordination
- Service documentation when available
- Replacement component shipment support
Requesting Support

Support Starts with Machine Identification
Fast technical communication depends on identifying the exact machine, configuration and operating condition. Model name alone may not show the installed engine, controller, attachment interface or production revision, so service requests should include the machine identification details and clear evidence of the symptom.
Identify
Model, serial or order reference, engine or controller label and installed attachment.
Document
Operating hours, maintenance history, fault code, photographs and a short diagnostic video.
Diagnose
Separate operating, adjustment, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical causes before replacing parts.
Resolve
Confirm the action, part identity, installation result and any preventive maintenance follow-up.
For spare-parts requests
- Machine model and identification plate
- Clear photographs of the complete component
- Connector, mounting and hose details where applicable
- Part markings and measured dimensions
- Quantity and delivery destination
For technical or warranty review
- Description of when and how the symptom occurs
- Operating hours and recent maintenance or repairs
- Dashboard code, sound, leak or movement evidence
- Steps already tested and their results
- Order reference and requested support outcome
