Construction & Material Handling Machinery Solutions

Restricted access, repeated short-distance movement, varied materials and the need for multiple attachments.
Recommended Equipment
Mini wheel loaders, compact wheel loaders, telescopic loaders, buckets, forks and grapples.
Selection Process
- Define the material and required load
- Confirm width and height restrictions
- Identify dump height or placement reach
- Select tires and attachments
- Confirm transport and local requirements

Plan the Complete Equipment System
Plan equipment around the complete material cycle: source, density, payload, travel path, receiving height, ground condition and daily output. MERI combines compact and full-size wheel loaders, telescopic loaders, off-road forklifts and task-specific attachments.

Application and Equipment Matrix
| Work requirement | Relevant equipment | Critical selection inputs |
|---|---|---|
| Bulk loading and stockpiles | Wheel loaders | Material density, bucket payload, dump clearance, travel distance and tire selection |
| Elevated placement and reach | Telescopic loaders | Load chart at required height and reach, stabilizers, attachment mass and ground condition |
| Pallet handling on rough ground | Off-road forklifts | Real load center, lift height, mast clearance, terrain, aisle and fork length |
| Special work tools | Loader attachments | Coupler, residual capacity, hydraulic flow, pressure, return circuit and visibility |
From Requirement to Delivery
Information to Send MERI
- Material type, density and maximum unit load
- Required lift or dump height and forward reach
- Site drawing, gates, aisles, gradients and overhead limits
- Surface condition in dry and wet seasons
- Daily tonnage, cycles per hour and shift length
- Buckets, forks, grapples, sweepers or augers required
Frequently Asked Questions
Wheel loader or telescopic loader?
Choose a wheel loader for efficient loading and carrying; choose a telescopic loader when forward reach and placement geometry are decisive.
Why provide material density?
It converts bucket volume into expected payload and helps prevent an oversized bucket from exceeding machine capacity.
Can attachments be finalized after ordering?
They can be added later only if the carrier interface and capacity support them. Defining tools early improves hydraulic, coupler and counterweight selection.
