Technical Points to Confirm

Material geometry Provide diameter, length, bundle size, density and whether the load is loose or compact.
Opening and grip Jaw opening and closing geometry should capture the target without excessive crushing or spillage.
Center of gravity Long logs and large bundles move the load center forward and reduce residual capacity.
Hydraulic function Confirm cylinder demand, flow, pressure, connectors and hose routing through full movement.
Guarding and visibility Protect hoses and components while preserving operator view and load control.

Information to Include with an Inquiry

  • Material type and dimensions
  • Maximum bundle weight
  • Carrier model and coupler
  • Required grapple opening
  • Hydraulic flow and pressure
  • Handling height and travel path
